The Well House is situated close to a beach, which is just one minute away. The house stands in half an acre of gorgeous tropical grounds and there is virtually no traffic on the track that leads from the house down to the beach, so staying at this splendid and very private property is an exquisite experience, especially with the lovely garden and the ocean beach so close. There is an unexpected silence here- what you can hear are the waves of the Indian Ocean, the chirping of tropical birds, and sometimes you can see the fishermen bringing their catch ashore. The five-star boutique hotel, Coco Bay Unawatuna, is next door, and the food is simply outstanding, making it an excellent place for meals.

The Well House comprises The Main House, The Guest House and The Terrace Room. There are three bedrooms, each with a separate bathroom, air conditioning and a minibar. A large terrace surrounds the entire villa. This charming property has been fully renovated. Facilities include Wifi and TVs in all rooms. The villa is fully staffed and provides night security.
