Mandalay Lake Villa is situated on the water’s edge of Koggala Lake. The property features two separate pavilions, one for sleeping, and the other for dining and entertaining. Both have spectacular views across the water to the mystical, uninhabited island of Madol Doova.

A 25-metre pool stands in the verdant lawns that roll down to the water’s edge, where the chirping of birds of paradise accompanies guests throughout the long tropical day.

The main house has three double en-suite rooms, complete with air conditioning. Further beds can be arranged in the sitting room to accommodate two more people. The master suite is situated on the upper level, and the French doors open onto the private terrace, with its breathtaking views across the garden and the lake. The bathroom features both a bathtub and a shower.
